Donr provides a set of powerful fundraising solutions to help UK charities raise money. Donations can be made by text, online or by entering a raffle. You may have donated to one of our charity partners, or received a text from them, through Donr. If so, and you have some questions, you're in the right place.
Texted a word to a 5-digit number? You may have donated by text. This will be added to your monthly phone bill or taken from your phone credit.
Donated via card or Apple Pay/Google Pay online through Donr? You should have received an email receipt for your donation.
Sent a text to enter a raffle? If you didn’t opt-out of the donation, this will be added to your monthly phone bill or taken from your phone credit.
Simply email email@example.com and someone will get back to you. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
If Donr.com has appeared on your mobile bill, it is likely you have either made a donation via Text Giving or entered into a Text Raffle. Check through your texts for a message receipt for the donation, as we will always send one.
If Donr.com has appeared on your credit/debit card bill, you may have donated via an online Giving Page. Check your emails for a receipt for the donation, as we will always send one.
If you need further help, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you.
If you donated online, it would have been made clear whether you were agreeing to a one-off or regular donation. Check your email receipt for confirmation.
If you were donating via text, you would have been asked to respond with ‘YES’ to set up a regular donation, if your donation was going to be monthly. If you did not receive this text, asking you to set up a monthly donation, you can assume your donation was one-off.
While Donr can process Gift Aid declarations on behalf of its charity partners, we are not able to alter this data. Please contact the charity you donated to directly to change your Gift Aid declaration details.
