Why is a supporter unable to enter our lottery?

Over 90% of mobile handsets are able to enter Mobile Lotteries. However, unfortunately some supporters will be unable to enter.

Mobile Lotteries works on major mobile-phone networks, such as O2, Vodafone, EE and Three, as well as some smaller networks. These networks account for over 90% of mobile phone handsets.

Should a supporter be on a major mobile network and unable to enter, it may be that they have a block or limit on premium services on their account. This can be addressed by contacting their mobile provider, who can remove or increase any limits.

As Mobile Lotteries uses new technology, it is not yet available on all mobile phone networks, including Virgin and Sky.
