Why aren’t emails from Donr reaching me?

If emails such as your account verification email or your password reset email aren’t appearing in your inbox when you try to generate them from our site, your email server may be blocking them. Please try the following fixes to remedy the problem:

• Ensure you are typing your email address correctly (without capital letters) when requesting a password reset email
• Check your spam or junk folder 
• Ensure you have the email address hello@donr.com whitelisted (included in your list of safe senders)
