Why aren’t emails from Donr reaching me?
If emails such as your account verification email or your password reset email aren’t appearing in your inbox when you try to generate them from our site, your email server may be blocking them. Please try the following fixes to remedy the problem:
- Ensure you are typing your email address correctly (without capital letters) when requesting a password reset email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure you have the email address firstname.lastname@example.org whitelisted (included in your list of safe senders)
If neither of these fixes work, please email us at email@example.com from the email address we have associated with your user profile and we’ll try to help.
