Supporters can cancel a regular donation set up via Text Giving simply by sending one final text message to Donr
Whether your supporter has set up a regular donation to your organisation via a Regular Donation Text Giving campaign, or they've converted their one-off donation to a regular donation, they can text STOP to 70085 to cancel their regular donation at any time. They will be sent this information when they set up their regular donation initially.
Alternatively, if they prefer, your supporter can call Donr on 0333 4444 111 (our Supporter Helpline number) or email help@donr.com, with their cancellation instruction and a member of our Customer Experience team will be able to help them cancel their regular donation to your organisation.
