Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your user profile. Once you enable it, after you’ve entered your email address and password to log into the Donr Dashboard, you’ll receive a text message with a code. You’ll need to input this code to the website to access the Donr Dashboard.
To enable Multi-Factor Authentication on your user profile:
Donr Dashboard > Initial button in top right corner > 2-step Verification > On-screen instructions
If you ever need to change the mobile number you’d like text messages to be sent to, you’ll need to disable MFA on your user profile then set it up again from scratch. Disabling MFA can be done within the Team Management section of the Dashboard:
Donr Dashboard > Menu to left side of screen > Team Management > ‘Three dots’ button next to your user profile > Disable MFA
