UK-Med used their connections to the Alan Partridge Tour to raise vital funds for their emergency Ukraine appeal using Text Giving.
In times of conflict, there is an increased demand as people sustain injuries, and local healthcare facilities can become overwhelmed. Since the start of the conflict in Ukraine, UK-Med have been providing healthcare staff, supplies and equipment to support the Ukrainian healthcare system and the Ukrainian people.
UK-Med launched a Text Giving campaign to raise the funds they would need to provide Ukraine with the support they needed. They used their connections to the Alan Partridge Tour to promote their appeal at Manchester’s AO Arena. The details of the Text Giving campaign were promoted on the big screen at the event.
