Why can’t I log into the Donr Dashboard?
If you’re struggling to get logged into your Donr Dashboard, it may be due to how you are inputting your log-in credentials or there may be an issue with your internet browser. Please try the following fixes to try and solve the problem:
- Check you are not including any capital letters in your email address
- Check you are using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser
- Clear your internet browser’s cache (history and cookies)
- Switch to a different internet browser
