Why are the mobile numbers in my spreadsheet not formatted correctly?

The format of mobile numbers can be affected when downloaded as a .CSV file. Here's how to correct that issue.

If you're seeing mobile numbers with 'E+11' at the end, you need to reformat them. Please follow these instructions to do so:

Highlight column C > Locate the drop-down menu in your toolbar which will have 'General' pre-selected (see figure 1) > Select 'Number' from the drop-down menu (see figure 2) > Click the 'decrease decimal' button twice (see figure 3)
