Donations made via Text Giving, Text Raffles and Mobile Lotteries
For any donations made via Text Giving, Text Raffles or Mobile Lotteries from 1st January 2023 onwards, funds will be paid to your charity around 80 days after the end of the month in which the donation is made.
For example, a donation made in January will be paid out in April.
Giving Pages
Payouts will be made around 20 days after the end of the month in which donations were made.
For example, a donation made in January will be paid out in February.
Accessing payout information
If you are an account admin-level user, you’ll be able to see information within the Donr Dashboard to help you understand how much we’ll pay out to your organisation and when:

Why do some payouts take longer than others?
Payouts for donations made via Text Giving, Text Raffles and Mobile Lotteries take longer than for Giving Pages. This is because it takes longer for payments to be processed by carrier billing (mobile phone payments) than it does for payments to be processed via card or PayPal.
