With some of our fundraising solutions, our charity partners can ask you – their supporters – to commit to a monthly donation to their cause. How you’ll be notified that you’re signing up for a regular, monthly donation varies, depending on the fundraising solution you’re donating via.
If your donation is made via text, you’ll receive a bounce-back text, asking you to reply ‘YES’ to confirm your regular, monthly donation. If you do not reply ‘YES’ then we will not take your initial donation, nor will we charge you for any future donations.
If your donation is made via debit/credit card or digital wallet payment, you’ll be reminded that you’re setting up a regular, monthly donation during the payment process and asked to provide appropriate details to allow Donr to set this up.
