Can I complain about my experience with Donr?

We’re sorry and disappointed you’ve had such issues with us that you’d like to make an official complaint. If you’d like to complain about any aspect of your Donr experience then please do get in touch with us. You can reach us at or by calling 0333 4444 111. We’ll then be able to direct you to the most appropriate member of staff to deal with your issue.

Our offices are open from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding England Bank Holidays). Please allow up to one full working day for us to respond to your complaint.

If we are unable to resolve your issue and you’d like to complain to a higher authority, we are regulated by the Fundraising Regulator and they can be contacted here:
