Text Giving donations may be subject to limits imposed by Donr or those imposed by the network or the supporter themselves.
Donr's Text Giving fundraising solution allows for donations of any whole pound amount from £1 to £20. These funds are either taken from the supporter's Pay As You Go credit or added to their monthly mobile phone bill.
In a month, we can accept up to £240 from one mobile number.
The supporter may have their own limits set with their mobile network, or their mobile network may impose certain limits on how much can be added to their mobile bill or taken from their Pay As You Go credit.
If an attempt to donate via Text Giving would lead to the supporter exceeding any of these limits, their donation would fail. More information on failed donations can be found here.
