Where can I find a summary of my campaign?

Quick Answer

You can find an overview of your Text Giving campaign (everything from your keyword and shortcode to example calls to action and instructions on collecting marketing info) in your Campaign Summary document. This is available as a PDF download during the campaign creation process or by clicking the blue arrow button next to the appropriate campaign in the Text Giving section of the Donr Dashboard. Campaign summary documents are only available for campaigns created on or after 04th March 2020.

Want to know a little more?

A summary of your campaign can be really useful – instead of trying to explain it to all of your colleagues, you can simply forward them this one-page document which explains everything they need to know.

You can download your Campaign Summary document as a PDF during the campaign creation process or, if you don’t want to download it straight away, you can find it in the Text Giving section of the Donr Dashboard. Simply log in, click Text Giving then the blue arrow button next to the appropriate Text Giving campaign. You’ll spot an option to download your Campaign Summary document in the drop-down menu which you can open by clicking the blue arrow button.

The Campaign Summary document shows your campaign’s keyword and shortcode as well as whether donations made to it are one-off or monthly, and the default donation amount (if you set one).

You’ll also find information on the ‘small print’ you need to make supporters aware of when you’re promoting your Text Giving campaign and instructions on how to collecting marketing information via that Text Giving campaign.

Please note, campaign summary documents are only available for campaigns created on or after 04th March 2020.
