If you’re getting an error message while trying to upload your bank details to your Donr account, this could be due to a number of reasons. Please see the checklist below and try the fixes it suggests:
- Are you using a tablet to try and upload your bank details? If so, please try using a laptop or desktop computer instead.
- Please make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser.
- Please try clearing your internet browser’s cache (history, cookies etc) and try to upload your bank details again.
- Speaking of internet browsers, we find that Google Chrome tends to work best with the Donr Dashboard. If possible, please try using Google Chrome to upload your bank details.
