If you’re getting an error message while trying to upload your bank details to your Donr account, this could be due to a number of reasons. Please see the checklist below and try the fixes it suggests:

  • Are you using a tablet to try and upload your bank details? If so, please try using a laptop or desktop computer instead.
  • Please make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser.
  • Please try clearing your internet browser’s cache (history, cookies etc) and try to upload your bank details again.
  • Speaking of internet browsers, we find that Google Chrome tends to work best with the Donr Dashboard. If possible, please try using Google Chrome to upload your bank details.

If none of these fixes work and you’re still getting an error message, please email Callum Patterson at Donr HQ and ask for further advice. Callum can be contacted on email at callum@donr.com or via his direct dial: 0203 542 2807.
