I’d like to make a complaint – what should I do?

We hope that any issue you have with any aspect of our service can be settled quickly and amicably. However, we also know that things can occasionally slip through the net, so if you’d like to make a complaint about an aspect of your Donr experience, please do get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help. Please email us at hello@donr.com or call 0333 4444 777 with details of your complaint.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm each day. Please allow one full working day for us to receive and act on complaints about any of our services.
