At Donr, we take the security of our Charity Partners and their supporters seriously and actively seek to prevent fraud by working solely with reputable, registered organisations.

Donr works with registered charities in the UK. This means they have a registered charity number from the UK Government’s Charity Commission and so we feel confident in collecting money on their behalf – the funds we collect and transfer to them are sent to the charity’s nominated account, rather than a private bank account.

Our card payment provider, Stripe, is regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), and our mobile payments are regulated by the PSA (Phone-paid Services Authority).

In the unlikely event of any fraudulent activity taking place via one of our services, Donr would make every effort to recover any funds donated and return them to supporters.
