Do supporters need to leave a space between the keyword and their donation amount?

Whether a supporter texts ‘keyword20’ or ‘keyword 20’ to 70085, it absolutely doesn’t matter. Our technology is able to recognise both text structures; as long as the supporter’s text includes both the organisation’s keyword and the numerical value of the amount they wish to donate (i.e. 1 to 20), the donation will work as planned.
