The Yorkshire Children’s Trust helps children and their families to cope with the emotional and financial strain of life-changing illness. The pandemic has meant that families have not been able to meet in the charity office, so a new way of communications was needed to quickly pass on urgent messages to families.
The Yorkshire Children’s Trust decided to use Text Journeys to communicate with their service users. They use a variety of prewritten messages that can be adapted and sent to individual service users through the online dashboard, reminding them to complete a support form, make a payment for an invoice, or alert them to an important email.
